From our site in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire, Dawndew Salad, grows and locally sources branded and own label salad products for the supermarkets, sandwich manufacturers, food service and wholesale markets. Further details on the produce we supply can be found on Our Products page.
Our single roofed five acre glasshouse complex is equipped with the most advanced technology, including horticultural lighting, thermostat controlled heating, electronic shading, water treatment and irrigation systems; all of which contribute to growing and protecting the quality of our two main crops; Salad Cress and Pea Shoots. Adjoining the growing facilities, we have a semi-automated packing and cutting area, washing facility, finished product temperature controlled storage areas and enclosed vehicle loading docks.
