New Product Development
Dawndew Salad remains focused on innovation and will continue to invest in New Product Development.
For trialling alternative seeds and new growing technology, we have a captive, dedicated development area on site which is fully furnished with a mixture of LED lighting, individual containerised growing beds and an independent irrigation and feed system. A variety of baby leaves, micro shoots and colourful cresses are grown in this area. These products often form part of our internal taste panel assessments and NPD trials.
Through continual investment in our production facilities, Dawndew Salad will ensure our growing techniques remain both modern and efficient. The unique design and layout of our site offers future flexibility as well as potential for further diversification.
Having recently increased our capacity by around 20%, we have improved our future growth capabilities; offering plenty of exciting opportunities for the generations to come.
